DOMESTIC 

Parcels are sent via Sendle or Australia Post.

Standard Shipping times are between 2-10 days.

  • Standard Australian Shipping prices start from $8
  • Express Post via Australia Post $15

 

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages - please contact the shipping service provider in the event of lost or damaged packages incurred during transit.

Large & wholesale orders may attract a different rate depending on order quantities & lead times. Please contact us directly for this information.

We engage a range of carriers based on the fastest option to get your pieces quickly to your door.

Confirmed and fully paid orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase however, if this is not the case, you will be notified about the delay as soon as possible.

Please note some countries and states have Covid-19 processing delays.

 

RETURNS

All pieces are meticulously sculpted, sanded, finished and inspected prior to being sent out. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Naturally, as with all unique and hand crafted pieces, there are occasionally slight flaws and burnishes in pieces.  I believe this adds to the character of a piece and makes it truly unique.  Having said that, no pieces will ever be sent out that do not meet our high quality standards.  

In the unlikely event that your earrings arrive damaged, or if they break within two weeks of arrival, I will refund the price of the earrings back to you (shipping excluded).

Should you have a breakage at your own fault and find that you require a replacement that is either out of stock or discontinued, please do get in touch to see if I can arrange a similar replacement at your cost (plus shipping).
